Please wear appropriate swimwear at all times. Inappropriate swimwear includes, but is not limited to: thongs, underwear on its own, street clothes, clothing with rivets, buckles or exposed metal, or long, loose-fitting clothing.
Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.
Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, an overweight person or those with physically limiting conditions.
Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted on the attractions.

How to Redeem

Please check your mailbox and download the ticket.
Present it at the ticket counter on ground floor to scan and exchange for physical tickets.
Scan them at the entrance to gain access to the Burj Khalifa.

Exactly Two (2) Years Old and Above Needs a Valid Child Ticket
Exactly Twelve (12) Years Old and Above Needs Adult Ticket.
A Child Less Than 7 Years Old Is Not Allowed To Enter The Show Arena Without Any Accompanying Adult.
Dubai Dolphinarium Show Ticket Does Not Include Entry Fee to the Park, All Entrants Must Pay Entry Ticket via NOL Card to Creek Park. In Case The Customer Doesn’t Have A NOL Card, They Can Purchase It At Creek Park Gate 1 For 25 AED And Can Be Used By The Whole Group. Note There Should Be 5 AED Credit On The NOL Card Per Person. This Charge Is Made By Dubai Municipality and Is Non-Negotiable
